# Waiting list privacy

This page covers the waiting list. The privacy policy for the service itself will be published before it opens.

## Who is responsible

## What we collect

- your email address or mobile number;
- your country;
- what interests you, if you ticked anything;
- the language of the page;
- where your visit came from, if known: the site you came from and the campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, utm_campaign);
- the date you signed up and your consent.

To block abusive submissions, the server uses your IP address at the moment you submit the form. It is not stored: only a truncated fingerprint, which cannot identify you, is kept with your sign-up.

Like any website, the server keeps a technical log of visits: truncated IP addresses, kept for 30 days at most.

## Why

For one thing only: to let you know, with a single message, when Folonia opens. Where you came from and what interests you help us count, without writing to you any more, where sign-ups come from and what people are interested in.

## On what basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason.

## For how long

Until the service opens, then six months at most. After that, your data is deleted. If you unsubscribe before then, it is deleted straight away.

## Who we share it with

No one. Your data is not sold, rented or shared. Only our technical providers process it on our behalf, under contract: the host and, on opening day, the service that sends the message.

## Where

The waiting list data is hosted in the European Union, in Germany, by OVH.

## Your rights

You can ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. Write to [contact@devgo.fr](mailto:contact@devgo.fr) or to the postal address above. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: [cnil.fr](https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.

## Cookies and visitor statistics

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

We measure visits without cookies, using Matomo hosted by DEVGO: pages viewed, clicks on the waiting list button, sign-ups, and conversation examples displayed. IP addresses are truncated; no data is sold or shared. This measurement doesn’t follow you from one site to another.
