Why a call
Where an app can't go.
An app needs a screen, the internet and a free hand. A call needs nothing: it goes out from any phone, and the car's hands-free kit or the helmet intercom take care of it.
And a call is a conversation: you interrupt Oscar, you follow up, you change the subject, and he keeps up. For as long as the road lasts.
